Jeffrey L. Farni, Sr.

President/Financial Advisor 


Mr. Farni Sr. is a veteran of the financial services industry having  advised clients for over 40 years. Jeff started his financial services  career with Dean Witter in 1972. During his tenure at Dean Witter he was  Regional Manager of the Dean Witter Tax Advantage Investment  Department. In 1994 Jeff moved to RBC Dain Rauscher to open and manage  their first office in Wayzata, Minnesota. Jeff and his wife, Patty, have  three children: Jeffrey, John, and Kathryn. Jeff has been involved in  numerous nonprofit organizations and served on several boards over the  years. His interests include travel, golf, fishing, hunting and  following his amazing grandchildren Ella, Olivia and William. 

John C. Farni

Executive Vice President/Investment Advisor 


John  has been working in the investment management business for the last 15  years. Prior to joining QAM, John spent over 13 years working as an  Associate Vice President - Financial Advisor at RBC Wealth Management.  In addition, John also spent 2 years working at Fidelity Investments in  their Private Wealth Management Group in Boston. John graduated from  Bowdoin College with a major in Economics and minor in Government and  Legal Studies. John currently sits on the Advisory Board of the Page  Education Foundation. John lives in the Twin Cities with his wife  Kirsten and three children: Ella, Olivia and William. 

Jeffrey L. Farni, Jr.

Customer Service Administrator 


Jeffrey  Farni Jr., a seasoned manager, delivers strong customer service and  management skills to his account work. A graduate from the University of  Denver with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a  major in Construction Management, Jeffrey worked in the residential home  building industry for seven years. His experience includes varied  positions and assignments such as site manager responsible for daily  site supervision/operations, scheduling, inspections and material  delivery, customer service/quality control and final closings. For  recreation Jeffrey enjoys hunting, fishing, and golfing. 

Julie Farni

Administration and Technology Support


Julie  comes with years of experience in the IT industry, working for 15+  years as a Senior Project Manager for Unisys Corporation and 8+ years in  International Technology Sales and Marketing for Deloitte Consulting  and Oracle Latin America. Her expertise will help administrate  day-to-day tasks and facilitate the new and evolving technology required  to monitor and maintain the complex world of Wealth Management. Julie  loves to travel and has enjoyed the opportunities she's had traveling  around the world for both work and with family.
